If you wish to return an item The Baby Shoe Company will give a full refund covering the cost of the product (We are sorry but the cost of postage and packaging is non refundable). You are responsible for the return postage and package cost and, the item should be sent by recorded delivery. Please e-mail us before you return any items, we will give you a returns code which you should quote on the return paperwork.

Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days. A full refund will be given after an investigation has been completed with the postal service. If you wish to exchange an item please follow the above procedure but, also include a note detailing the reason for the exchange.
